Char Dham Yatra is a journey of four abodes and this includes a visit to the most religious
places/temples in Uttarakhand. Badrinath, Yamnotri, Gangotri, and Kedarnath are four holy
places in Uttarakhand that are covered in Char Dham Yatra. If you are visiting Uttarakhand
from the south side of India.

There are several itineraries that a tourist can plan according to the place
they are visiting. Tourists going for Char Dham yatra will likely be covering about 1,600
km distance and for tourists several private cabs or buses are arranged for comfort.
It is recommended that you go for a 6 to 11 days tour to explore all the destinations without
hurry and halt at each spot but if you want to visit Char Dham in 2 days then you can go for
helicopter services. For more comfort and safety people can hire a guide and bargain for
the package. More than 250,000 pilgrims’ visit Char Dham every year from every part of
India.

REMARKS
1. Airlines/Room up-gradation and complimentary will not be entertained during the tour unless if specified at the time of booking.
2. There is no refund for any services not utilized during the tour.
3. Security deposit is required either in cash or credit card by hotels which are refundable provided no room incidentals are incurred. This security deposit is not included in this quote and must be paid by the guests/corporate directly to the hotel when checking in.
4. Guests are advised not to keep valuables in the coach/vehicle while sightseeing. The Company shall not be responsible for the loss of valuables from the coach/vehicle. If the coach/vehicle is accidentally or otherwise damaged by the Guest, s/he will be required to pay compensation for the same.

5. If any natural disaster, road blockage, snowfall, landslide happen in between the tour then you have to stay at your own expenses in a hotel/guest house. We can’t adjust or refund the pre-booked amounts of hotels, meals, car rental, etc.

SPECIAL NOTE
1. The above price is per person, valid for travel till 30th September 2020.
2. Please carry original ID Proof (Voter ID card /Passport/Driving License/) etc for security purpose & hotel policy.
3. High season surcharges are applicable during Diwali, Christmas and New Year. Compulsory Gala Dinner charges are applicable during Christmas and New Year Note: Additional charges are applicable during mentioned travel periods; Diwali, Christmas, New Year Tour price will differ from hotel to hotel.
4. Personal identification is mandatory to carry on tour for Air Travel, Hotels for security reasons like Election card, Driving Licence, Passport.
5. All rates are valid for Indian national only.
6. The above-given prices are subject to change without prior notice.
7. The quotation is based on the Standard room of the individual hotel, however if unavailable then the upgrading cost to be borne by the guest.
8. Meals provided at the hotel (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner) are based on a set menu. Anything other than the set menu will be charged extra.
9. All transfers and sightseeing by AC private vehicle.
10. Please note that AC will be switched off while traveling in hilly terrain.
11. Transfers & Sightseeing by comfortable A/C vehicle as per the holiday itinerary. Ac Indigo or similar for 1-3 guests, Ac Sedan or similar for 4-5 guests, Tempo traveler, or similar for 6 and more guests.
12. Driver is NOT A GUIDE; he will take you to the sightseeing mentioned in the itinerary. You will have to explore the place of visit on your own.
13. The vehicle will be not at disposal. If guests wish to go for additional sightseeing extra charges will be applicable.
14. Any Adventure activity or self-exploration of the city via private vehicle are to be done on a direct payment basis.
15. For all temple visits in Kerala, women/girls and men are supposed to wear traditional Indian clothes.

CANCELLATION POLICY
1. If the Guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason whatsoever then s/he shall give a written application to the Company within a specified time limit along with the original receipt issued by the Company. Such cancellation will attract cancellation charges stated hereunder.
2. Cancellation charges will be calculated on gross tour cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on the date of departure and date of cancellation.
3. Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.
4. Air tickets issued on special fares are NON-REFUNDABLE and Guest shall bear cancellation charges.
5. Any refund payable to the Guest will be paid after the Company receives a refund from the respective authorities. The Company deducts processing charges from the refund to be paid to the Guest.

Itinerary

Day 1: New Delhi – Haridwar

On arrival, our company executive meets you and pick-up from Delhi railway station/ airport. Transferred to the hotel where a warm traditional welcome awaits you, complete with garlands, a welcome drink, and sweets. After arrival proceeds for Haridwar, evening visit Har – ki - Pauri to observe Ganga Aarti at this holy place, Overnight stay in the Haridwar.

Day 2: Haridwar – Barkot

After an early breakfast drive to Barkot (base for a trek to Yamunotri). En Route visits Kempty falls (If time permits), arrive Barkot by late evening and overnight stay at Barkot.

Day 3: Yamunotri Dham (35kms. +5kms trekking one way)

Today early morning drive to Janki Chatti, trek start from here to Yamunotri. On arrival walk/ pony doly (palki) towards Yamunotri (5kms) Arrive Yamunotri, One can cook rice by packing it in a cloth and dipping it in the hot water of the hot kund. Pilgrims take this cooked rice home as “prasad”. Here near the temple “Pooja” can be offered to Divya Shila, After taking bath in Jamunabai Kund’s warn water and having “Darshan” of pious “Yamuna” returning to Jankibaichatti & later drive back to Badkot. Overnight stay at Badkot.

Day 4: Barkot – Uttarkashi (90kms)

After Breakfast, we will drive to Uttarkashi, Arrive Uttarkashi by lunchtime. Later in the evening proceed to visit Kashi Vishwanath and Shakti temple, visit the local market etc… stay overnight at Uttarkashi.

Day 5: Uttarkashi – Gangotri – Uttarkashi (200kms return journey)

In the early morning leave for Gangotri, Proceed to Gangotri via Harshil. Gangotri is situated on the bank of Bhagirathi River & it is a very sacred place. Gangotri is the place where Raja Bhagirathi observed hard penance and pleased god Shankar to bring Gangaji on the earth and obliged his sixty thousand ancestors. It is believed that one dip in pious Ganga washes all the sins of a Yatri. Gomukh is the origin of the Ganga River. After Darshan, Pooja proceeds back to Uttarkashi. Overnight stay at Uttarkashi.

Day 6: Uttarkashi – Guptkashi (250kms)

After b/fast proceed for Guptkashi. En-route visit confluence of two rivers Alaknanda & Mandakini & Tihri Dam, on arrival at Guptkashi, check in to hotel & overnight stay.

Day 7: Guptkashi – Gaurikund – Shri Kedarnath Dham (35 kms + 14 kms trek)

Early morning departs for Gaurikund. This place is a base for a trek to Shri Kedarnath. On arrival walk or hire Horse (pony)/ doly (palki) towards Kedarnath (14kms) you will reach Kedarnath in the evening and stay overnight. Take part in the prayers that are performed every evening at these sacred places.

Day 8: Shri Kedarnath Dham- Gaurikund – Guptkashi (14trek ces. +35/70kms)

After Darshan / Pooja / Abhishek etc. trek back to Gaurikund for an overnight stay at Guptkashi. Evening free for rest & personal activities. Overnight stay at Guptkashi.

Day 9: Guptkashi – Shri Badrinath (250kms)

Early morning after b/fast proceed to Shri Badrinath Dham, Enroute lunch, Arrive by late afternoon, later day free to visit Shree Badrinath temple or rest & overnight stay.

Day 10: Shri Badrinath Dham

Today morning take part in Darshan, Aarti, at Shri Badrinath and take a holy bath in the hot water pond (trupt Kund) &visit Manna village. Stay overnight at Badrinath.

Day 11: Shri Badrinath Dham – Rudraprayag (156kms)

Early today proceed for back to Rudraprayag, en route visit Aulis (Asia’s longest ropeway) at Josh math. Later after lunch proceed to Rudraprayag for overnight stay.

Day 12: Rudraprayag – Rishikesh (134kms)

After breakfast proceeds to Rishikesh, On the way, you can do river rafting at Shivpuri (Own Expense). After lunch visit religious sights of Rishikesh like Laxman Zulla / Ram Zulla / Geeta Bhawan / Parmarth Niketan etc… stay overnight at Rishikesh.

Day 13: Departure: Rishikesh – Delhi

After b/fast drive to Delhi on the way visit Mansadevi and Chandidevi Mata temple in Haridwar then continue to drive to Delhi. On arrival departure to New Delhi Airport / Railway Station for your onward journey with sweet memories of your Chardham Yatra with INDIA DREAM TOURS Pvt. Ltd.

  • Any extra cost incurred on behalf of any individual due to illness, accident, hospitalization or any personal emergency
  • Any services or activity charges other than those included in Itinerary
  • Anything specifically not mentions in the tour price inclusions column
  • Any kind of rides like camel ride, horse ride, elephant ride, rickshaw ride in the ancient bazaar, adventure activity or entry ticket of monuments/park/etc.
